He never finished my wife and I's will and estate planning. We had our in person visit discuss what we wanted, and got a first draft in the mail just under 2 months later. It was missing sections, and had some typos and misspelled names (which we provided with their correct spelling). None of the additional context provided via email after our visit was used. 6 month later after our visit, calls and emails to the office, and all I have gotten static and kind pleasantries from the secretary or person manning the phones. Since all this I submitted a formal complain with MetLife Legal. Fortunately I didn't have to spend my own money working with insurance but working with him was an enormous waste of time. Super unprofessional.
