I had a complimentary consultation with Atty. Leifheit and was pleasantly surprised with her recommendations for a trust update and suggestions for consideration of options she believed to be in my best interest. I have had a trust for over twenty years that had been amended numerous times. And as a result, it was messy and recent life events placed my family and myself at risk.
