This law firm is very good and skilled, and their warmth and transparency are evident in the way they handle cases. Attorney Claudio is extraordinary and very analytical when it comes to family cases.

Since I was falsely accused of writing a review before, I wanted to write a real one now that it's been a year since my mom's case has been closed.

My mother found Claudio Associates through a Google search because they advertised being Spanish-speaking. The gag? They don't exist.

Every court appearance had a different attorney — none spoke Spanish, none knew the details of her case, and most quit every other month. There was zero consistency or accountability. I had to step in as the go-between for attorneys, the court, and other parties just to keep things moving — all while they continued to bill us. We had a total of 4 attorneys minimum.

To make things worse, on my mother’s birthday, I got a threatening call from their office demanding that I remove a Google review “I” supposedly wrote. The problem? It wasn’t me. Instead of investigating, they unprofessionally accused me and threatened to remove me off the case— confirming we’re far from the only family dealing with their chaos.

I was even told by attorneys who worked there that the firm pays people to leave positive reviews, which explains the inflated ratings. The billing staff is incredibly rude, and when I reached out to Desiree directly — the supposed “principal” of the firm — nothing was resolved beyond a small “courtesy” discount from the thousands we’d already paid. My mom is unemployed and had to take out loans to pay them off and they had no care in the world to advocate for her leaving us in debt.

In short, if you hire Claudio Associates, prepare to be your own attorney, paralegal, and project manager, because you’ll end up doing all the work you’re paying them for. To add insult to injury, the opposing party came to court without a lawyer, barely spoke English, and somehow walked away better off in the divorce.

The only good thing working with this firm is no longer working with the firm!
