I have a case with this firm since 2022, I was happy and excited that I can finally claim my siblings and I know is a long process. We receive a letter in case my undocumented siblings get detained by immigration they have a number to call or what I thought someone to help. Unfortunately this past Tuesday my older brother got detained by immigration and I called this office (since we have a cases with them) to see if there anything he can do to help my brother. I got into a phone call with Jeremy and I was explaining the situation and his response was rough, I quote, “ there is nothing I can do, your brother is going to get deported” I ask is there anything like a bail, a data base I can look up what are his options I ask “ they are not going to post any information of him and they do it on purpose so people don’t know that going on” I felt really bad with the answers I got from a lawyer I thought was there to help my brother since we have a case with him. I didn’t took his answer at heart and I look for more on my own. I find a second opinion and the second opinion within an hour she find out where my brother was, and how we can go see him, and I was happy and really sad that Jeremy couldn’t even to that for my brother.
