I want to clarify that this review reflects only my personal opinions and my own experience. Amanda Moran represented the opposing party in my family court case, not me. I was never her client, and I am not claiming that I was. This review is not intended as a threat or to harass anyone. It is my personal account of my experience with the litigation and my opinion about the representation I observed during that process. I am sharing my personal experience and opinions so that others can make their own informed decisions.In my opinion, this case resulted in one of the most devastating experiences of my life. My son was removed from my custody despite the fact that I was never the subject of a CPS case, I have no criminal history, and I tested negative for the drug and alcohol allegations that were made against me.
This all happened shortly after my brother passed away, during one of the most difficult periods of my life. I believe the decisions made during my family court case were unfair and had a devastating impact on my relationship with my son.
My son will turn 11 on October 21, and I have not been able to see or speak with him since he was seven years old. That loss has changed my life forever. There is always a level of apprehension when you have to work with attorneys; especially when your child is involved. I certainly had my reservations at first, as I wanted to ensure my child’s voice would be appropriately represented, given the circumstances that led us to mediation.

Had it not been for the patience and professionalism of Manny Garcia and Janay Kinder, this review might have carried a very different tone.

I was genuinely impressed by both their knowledge and the professionalism they demonstrated throughout the entire process. When it comes to a child you love and have sworn to protect, emotions naturally run high, and the process is rarely easy. Throughout it all, Manny and Janay consistently kept the focus where it belonged… on the child, and made me feel that my child’s voice was thoughtfully represented, even when they weren’t present.

Every question I had was answered thoroughly and respectfully. Janay’s patient, compassionate approach ensured everyone felt heard, while Manny’s depth of knowledge and attention to detail inspired confidence every step of the way.
