Very unimpressed. Called and set an appointment for October (was in August when I called). Hadn't heard anything, so called a week or so before the appointment date to confirm details. They had no record of the appointment and rescheduled for DECEMBER! Very unprofessional on the phone. Did get an email this time, but after filing out the form they sent, I never heard back. No idea what the fee is or how to pay it. No appointment confirmation. No other info or communication at all. I'm looking for another attorney now. This is ridiculous.

I hired Sara Clark to represent me. She was very unprofessional. Would not return calls instead transferred all my correspondence to paralegal. Sent faxes that were supposed to be put in my file. I called to make sure faxes were recorded and was told they had and would be put in my file. Waited 2 months was told letters had been drafted and would be sent out never were. Called monthly. Was told something different each time. Finally told them I was dissatisfied and half my money was returned. I do not recommend her services as she does do what she promises. Doesn’t return calls. They don’t file faxes you send.
