Mr Chung and his firm is being investigated by the WSBA for misconduct. He has also been found guilty for Fabricated / Misleading “News Article” in Federal Court. The judge later upheld roughly $268,000 in sanctions. Mr Chung now faces several civil lawsuits in WA state for malpractice and misconduct. Please refer to the WSBA for more information.

When we first look into immigration process, we are a little hesitant to contact a lawyer for our immigration process at first but all our worries and concerns are all address once we met Dr Malhas. When we became engaged and started to look into the immigration process, it soon became evident that there was a lot involved and became very concerned about doing this without assistance. We did a google search and found a list of immigration attorney specialists. After a careful review we chose to contact Dr Malhas to inquire about the process. Absolutely incompetent lawyer! He took $15,000 said he was an amazing lawyer! Didn’t prepare for the case and when the judge asked him a question instead of him asking to talk to his client he pulled the wrong answer out and it may have cost me millions of dollars! He only did about few hours of work and kept the $15,000 and he won’t give me any of my records. Also make sure to check the news about him in California!
