DO NOT USE!!!!!

I am writing this review to share my extremely unprofessional experience with this law firm. In February 2024, I had a consultation with the law office of Chris Wickersham after being involved in two consecutive rear-end accidents. I chose this firm based on a recommendation from my sister-in-law and initially believed they would be a great fit for my cases.

During the consultation, I was assured that I wouldn’t need to reach out to them and that they would contact me if any information was needed. However, from February 2024 until September 2024, I heard nothing from them—until I suddenly received an email asking if I had reached MPI. Confused by the request, I called the office for clarification. My call was answered by a paralegal named Kent, whose response was not only dismissive but outright rude. When I asked him to explain the letter’s request, he sarcastically replied, "What did you not understand when you read it?" Our conversation escalated, and he ultimately told me they would no longer be handling my case.

Frustrated by this treatment, I left a review on their website detailing my experience and also noting that they had shared my personal information with my sister without my permission—an issue Kent brushed off by saying, “Mistakes happen.” Shortly after posting my review, I was contacted by Chris Wickersham himself. He apologized for Kent’s behavior and asked me to take down the review, assuring me that my cases would still be handled. I left the review up for nearly a week but was repeatedly contacted by another paralegal—three to four times—urging me to remove it and assuring me that my cases were still being worked on.

Eventually, I took the review down, believing that my cases were still active. However, in February 2025, when I reached out for a status update, I was shocked to learn that my cases had actually been dropped back in September 2024. I was never informed—no call, no email, no letter. I then requested to speak with Chris Wickersham directly for an explanation, but a week has passed, and I have yet to receive a response.

If you are looking for a competent and professional attorney, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. This firm is unprofessional, lacks communication, and does not prioritize their clients. Now I am tasked with finding another law firm to take my cases which should have been settled already ATP. DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM!

It took you a whole 10 months to tell a lie. I never had dealings with any of the law firms you mentioned and I have documentation to prove I went to the hospital in both cases. You are a lawyer and you should know that is deformation of character when lying on someone. Please don't push it. You did my sister the same way. Maybe we should also put what you did to her on your site. DO NOT USE THEM AS A LAW FIRM PERIOD!!!!!!!!!!!

Chris and his team did an outstanding job on correcting all the title issues and getting me to closing in time after 2 other law firms failed. highly recommend ! Thanks again!
