				I scheduled an appointment with Pam over the phone. They told me to come in at 10am. I arrived at 9:50am. At 10:04am Pam came to the lobby to let me know that Chris is out sick for the day. Why would no one think to call me to reschedule? I rearranged my entire day around this appointment. This is inconsiderate of other people's time and unprofessional.
