DO NOT HIRE this attorney! She does not communicate and will be passive aggressive and ignore you when you ask questions about your case and gaslight you. She drags her feet on completing tasks. I retained Attorney Kianna in October of 2025 and didn't get a follow up until January of 2026. Awful and super unprofessional. I called her, sent texts, and emails giving her weeks to a month to respond. I am a business professional myself so I have patience but not responding or completing timely tasks that could hurt my case going on a month is unacceptable.

I spoke with her assistant several times too who was also confused on why she failed to respond to my communications and completing simple timely tasks. Pure Lazy and ego-driven with a superiority complex. When I mentioned filing a complaint to the bar, she responded within 15 minutes gaslighting me stating that she didn't know I didn't have access to her responses in the client portal even though she seen my messages of me not getting a response from her.

If you want an attorney that will mess up your case, drag her feet, and play mental games and ghost you when you want clarity on your case and need tasks completed to actually win the case, then hire her.
