Got appointed Joshua house as my public defender and he did nothing he said he had done in retrieving medical records for me while incarcerated. He told me he called, emailed and faxed the hospital/Doctor and it was verified through my Dr and his assistant that he had did not one of those things. I also had an employed person from the hospital email him with paperwork regarding my case in which he said he never received. Also informed me before I agreed to the plea, that I would be able to petition the DOL to get my driver's license back in 3 to 6 months instead of one year, but after contacting the DOL was informed that's not an option....Very dishonest and glad he was only appointed and not paid for because it would be an absolute waste of money!!
