Great people, great experience!

My wife passed away in September, and I could not find her original will. I located the witnesses They filled out an affidavit to authenticate a copy of the will. I considered trying to probate the will myself, but decided I needed professional help.

Will Fawcett explained the process in Fulton County to insure the probate petition was not rejected. Since I only had a copy of the original will there were potential problems that needed to be handled. He explained this clearly and answered all my questions.

We then discussed the estate. The main issue was the vehicles. He suggested I take the will and affidavit to the DMV to request they change the vehicle titles. They did change the titles and now there is no need to probate the will.

His advice saved me time, money, and worry. I would absolutely trust him to handle any future probate issues I might have, and I will recommend him highly to my friends.
