First and foremost If I could give Alicia and her team 10 stars I Most certainly would! This case was for my daughter and my grandson, a case that I nor my daughter would be able to carry out on our own. It turned out to be a high profile family case and they handled our situation with grace and dignity most importantly compassion. We spoke with another firm before contacting Alicia and her team and my daughter and myself were not comfortable with the initial consultation. I looked some more and came across Alicia and her firm. When we did our consultation with her Alicia herself it wasnt what we expected. We expected right off the bat the price, and that wasn’t even her main concern. She had said OK talk to me tell me what’s going on. So we did and she immediately knew this way gonna be Way BIGGER than us! After the call we got an email no later than 24hours and was assigned to Ewa,….what can I say about Ewa! She answered or called back right away she took into consideration our frustration and concerns and made them her own as if we were family. She made going to court(which is nerve wrecking in itself) a breeze. When my daughter told her what she wanted the outcome to be there was no hesitation. Talking to her and venting about the events that took place, there was absolutely NO judgement, only but care! Anytime we would have to call Kelly spoke with such kindness and any questions we had she directed us. Lisa was very on top of sending the emails and also any questions they were settled in a timely manner. And Evelyn, is the book-keeper, since this case has started as we know lawyers can be super expensive, this firm isn’t about money they are about helping their clients. They understand times get tough, explaining our situation and they are willing to help you! I can go on and on about this firm and the people, but what I can say is this my daughter and myself are Very grateful to them for all the work and dedication they put into helping my daughter keep my grandson safe moving forward(and herself) Thank you Alicia, Ewa, Evelyn, Kelly and Lisa for all you do for helping! We truly are grateful!
