I had a good experience with this group. Ken and his team were professional and well seasoned in real estate knowledge. Veronica was a pleasure to work with, and was approachable and communicative. They helped me get through closing on a home purchase rather seemlessly and responded very promptly to emails and phone calls. At every step, it felt like they were available to assist, which is exactly what you want when making such crucial decisions. They worked cohesively with my realtor (I've had situations in the past where realtor and attorney dont and that has been frustrating). My only complaint is with regards to the parking situation and associated wayfinding signage for this office; however, that is more on the building layout. Be mindful of the one-directional access and egress through the garage.

I deeply regret using this team. When the staff was facing difficulties making deadlines they told the seller's team that I was having problems getting a mortgage approval! Which was never an issue. Communications were lax and disrespectful and the lawyer who did the closing was extremely rude and arrogant. So called professionals seemed on the level of summer interns. Buyer beware and not just for property.
