Sharing my own experience meeting with this man last year, I believe it was Cassidy. Was horrible. He was a very first attorney that I seek help from when I was released from Jail, after being arrested on false allegations for a felony. Due to my circumstances, I was released to my mother who Had been estranged from my life for years on and off. She attended this meeting with me, and as I politely asked her to stop talking, so I could tell the attorney my side of the story and why I was needing his help. Cut me off and told me that I was disrespectful, conniving, and manipulative, and that he could not help me. His best advice was for me to lay low and it would go away in three months if the alleged victim was prone to ignoring the police I have waited almost a year to make this review. Not only did the DA find my case ALMOST A YEAR later (so his advice was almost 9 months off)… But they also found my innocence. My attorney, Greenberg, Got me off of all of my charges are no charge forms Meaning that they aren’t even going to show up on my record. Just the arrest. So if he happens to personally read this, not only was I innocent. I was proven innocent, I do comedy locally around town about my innocence because I’ve pursued my dreams since that horrendous experience. I continuously let people know that he is not the attorney to seek. My story of being innocent and victim to a domestic violent marriage, Is not only well documented but puts people in awe when they hear & see proof. And I’m not manipulative. When that man told me to respect my mother, he has no idea how she was abusive, literally hours before going to the meeting, and the night before, and every single second since I was released from jail. I escaped an abusive marriage, ended up in jail, ended up back in my abuse of child at home, all for an attorney to look at me and tell me that he thought I was manipulative, conniving, and that he didn’t believe my innocence. I will never forget this man throughout my years of achieving success. And I will never recommend his services or this law firm.
