I can’t say enough good things about Bobby and Ben. I hired them after my previous attorney left my case in a complete mess, and from the beginning they made me feel like I finally had the right people in my corner. They were knowledgeable, straightforward, and truly fought for me and my kids. Divorce is hard enough as it is, and I’m so grateful for the way they stepped in, got things back on track, and made a difficult situation so much easier. I would recommend them to anyone going through a divorce!

Absolutely the worst possible experience and outcome in my daughter's divorce and custody case. The divorce was uncontested, nothing really to negotiate there at all. The big deal was the protection of my 3-year-old granddaughter. Mr. Bourlon only met with us 2 to 3 times before going into court. We had multiple meetings with Ben to go over all of the details of my daughter's situation, none of which was apparently relayed to the actual attorney. His assistant, Ben, was extremely friendly, but unfortunately useless when it came to making any progress in our case; he didn't even take notes and liked to gossip about other cases during our meetings with him. Every time we went in to have a new meeting with Ben, we had to re explain our case from scratch. Ben scared off a very critical witness because he couldn't keep basic facts straight when speaking to the witness's lawyer; the lawyer advised the witness not to testify because it was clear our attorney had no idea what our case was even about after months of meetings. In the couple of brief meetings that my daughter had with Bourlon, he wouldn't allow her to explain the details of her case, which apparently he never received from his assistant. The one exception was the very first meeting where we forcibly interjected after being refused the opportunity to speak for most of the meeting. We quickly gave two to three brief examples of the type of man we were dealing with in my daughter's soon to be ex-husband. Mr Bourlon himself said that this was the worst case he had ever heard and he actually thought the father was possessed by demons; he said he would fight for my daughter to keep my 3-year-old granddaughter in her custody with little to no visitations. However, he still wouldn't actually hear the basics of her situation or timeline, so my daughter and I had to personally prep a multiple page document summarizing the key facts of the case and an evidence reference page because he refused to prep for our case (would love to know where my portion of the retainer is for doing his job). Bourlon refused to even look at or accept the fact document with evidence summary prior to going into court. In fact, he refused to look at any of the digital evidence that my daughter provided, or at least tried to. Then when we actually show up in court, he has a printed version of the document we created in front of him with some highlighted sections. He told my daughter that he apparently decided to read it that morning, but much to our dismay, didn't read it carefully. While interviewing witnesses he got confused due to his lack of preparation and misspoke and misstated many facts that were written on the paper directly in front of him and managed to make things worse. He refused to show any of the video/text evidence in court proving that the biological father was incapable of being left alone with a 3-year-old and was emotionally unstable and volatile. Why? Because Mr. Bourlon said that kind of evidence couldn't be used in court reliably because it could be generated by AI... So no videos, no texts, no photos, no emails, no digital evidence whatsoever was presented! And there was an abundant amount of self filmed videos the father had sent to my daughter. Bourlon told us what to expect and then changed it at random and was brash when we reacted to things taking a dramatic turn for the worse when it came to my granddaughter's safety. His utter and complete lack of competence, professionalism, empathy, and efficacy resulted in my granddaughter being granted month-long visits with my daughter's dangerous ex-husband. We are having to hire a new attorney, spending thousands and thousands of dollars after what we've already spent with Mr. Bourlon, to try to clean up the disaster that he created for my daughter and 3-year-old granddaughter. My daughter will be posting her review soon...

Guys!!! Stop listening to people who say you don’t need a lawyer while attending child support court. It’s a lie by far, I believe they would’ve took advantage of me in anyway they could… but Mr Bourlon did an excellent job, he guided me through the whole process, and made me feel seen in court, and fare on both sides… I just knew I was going to be deep in back child support, but guess what?? Mr Bourlon did it again, he eliminated that to a 0 balance, If I ever get back in situation like this again he will be the first person I’ll call…. highly recommend I’ll give him 6 stars
