Carter Mario Law Firm

First time having to deal with Carter Mario and I hope I never have to again. The process from the very beginning has simply been awful. For starters, I didn't really get a choice in using them as my lawyer, my family was already using them and they kind of took over the other cases when another incident happened. Wish I didn't have a concussion in that moment so I could have chosen someone else.

My biggest complains are around contacting them and their complete inability to think ahead.

No matter when you call them, you will never get to your attorney, you will get their assistant. Should be fine except the assistant changes every month, they have no idea what is happening in your case, and when you do finally convince them to relay a message to the attorney, good luck hearing anything back. I was told I would be kept up to date on my case over email and I don't think I ever got an update even after making it clear this was the best way to contact me. Alison Reilly Gillotti should be ashamed at how poorly she helps her clients.

As for thinking ahead, I didn't feel much pain after a motorcycle drove twice the speed limit into the side of our stopped car. I don't have experience in that nor do I know how injuries will manifest. Think Carter Mario thought ahead and recommended I fight for more money because of later complications? Of course not. They seemed more interested in closing the case than actually making sure I will recover. Now I am stuck being more sore on one side of my body and they couldn't care less. Never a check in, nothing.

They don't deserve the 33% they took from the payout. Anything more than zero is too much for them. The only place that money is going is back into their marketing budget for all their commercials and advertisements, because it sure ain't going to help innocent victims. Who knows though, maybe after this, they'll actually send me a message.

I had a wonderful experience with Attorney Melissa, she’s a true professional attorney who works with clients beyond their expectations and for me she exceeded all my expectations far beyond what I could possibly imagine. She not only made me feel good about my situations but consistently helped me through out my injury recovery process and enhanced my ability to work and bounce back again.
