I lost my son in August of 2022, I was given Jeff’s number and gave him a call. So Jeff actually was the one who spoke to me and amount of compassion that he has for me was so comforting. The whole process of losing a child and then having a lawsuit is very emotional but each time we spoke I cried and even if he didn’t have the time he made sure I was okay before we hung up. To say this law firm cares is an understatement! Each and everyone of the members of this firm were all very caring, very intelligent and very understanding. There was not one time that I felt like my case was not important to them. You see these big law firms and think that most of them are in it for the money, that they just see you as another paycheck. Throughout this process I have been grieving and trying to make the best of everything. I have been working with this law firm since the passing of my son. I still will say that the people in this office are compassionate, real and care more about you then what they can make off of you. People have a misconception of lawyers I believe and until I met the amazing people at this firm I did too. I truly with all my heart believe they went more then out of their way to make sure I got what could be done out of my case. Losing my son has not become any easier but that’s not the point of hiring a lawyer the point is to have someone who will fight for what’s right for you. Will spend their days and nights going over the case just to make sure nothing was missed.
I have to give a huge emotional shoutout to Ricco, he is absolutely amazing! There are no words to really thank him for the commitment and time he took to go over things. He was so caring, so smart and just took the case to places it never would have went. Jeff’s assistant is the sweetest woman she makes sure you have everything you need plus some. His entire group have all personally touched my heart and I will forever have a place in my heart for them.
