Avoid this Law Firm at all costs, if I could give zero stars I would. They decided to drop my case at the worst time while I’m dealing with so much pain and mental health issues all because ONLY ONCE did I make an argument about them taking out their full fee because my time loss payment should have been adjusted months ago and I even reached out MULTIPLE times asking them to please get the payment adjusted sooner then later so it doesn’t become a recovery where they take 30% and instead should be on going at 15%. But they purposely ignored my request to please get it done so I don’t have to pay double in fees for months and when I finally put my foot down and say this needs to be Addressed and so they did and still took 30% the exact thing I kept voicing I was trying to avoid and they did it anyways so when I stood up for myself and said this isn’t right and made my case on it, they just dropped me. No warning, no discussion, just revived a letter saying they dropped me and now wont even respond to my emails so I can figure out how to move forward and what I need to do because I have no clue. They have no empathy for their clients or they would see the position I’m in, all the injuries I’m dealing with and mental health on top of it and they want to make things worse for me by doing this right in the middle of my stuff getting done and now I’m lost. Even asked simply how I go about getting my time loss payments paid to me now and they won’t even help with that. They don’t get the stress they just caused for a person and dealing with mental health, something like this could push someone over the edge because I felt even felt like just giving up after them pulling this. No warning, no nothing, just left me hanging.

This law firm is very kind, caring and compassionate. Chelsea one of their para-legal was amazing. Even though they couldn’t take my case their customer service and compassion deserves five starts. It’s hard in this world to find people that care and they do.

Very professional staff, especially Terri who went above and beyond to advise and assist me. The process is grueling, so having her as a guide was most helpful. You will be primarily with a paralegal.
