I want to put a 5 stars maybe my mind will change later on after everything is completely settled but I’m still happy with my decision with choosing them by far the best …. But I am honestly pleased with this law firm my case manager jacqui by far the best me and her done had a few disagreements on my case on my behalf because I thought I was being played , jacqui by far is the best she keeps you updated . And she DO NOT play about her clients at all! Jacqui is like the right to my left lol and I say that to say when things hit the fan jacqui brung things back together for me gave me some more reassurance on the case she kept me updated and jacqui once again does not play about her clients she is going to get the job done when jacqui clients aren’t happy she isn’t happy and I love it 😂 I haven’t gotten my settlement as of yet but I know for sure jacqui pushed for the maxxxx she wasn’t playing I respect that 🙏🏾 and that’s what I’m thankful for . My accident was March 17th an officer hit me and we in August 5 months later and my case is almost at ease in due time 🙏🏾! Want to thank Craig as the boss and his team jacqui and the rest I haven’t spoken to the rest but jacqui alone and she’s been more than a big help for me and she definitely knows how to keep a conversation with positive vibes even if your angry jacqui will make sure she fix that just by the things she say to make you laugh and cheer up jacqui is full of positive vibes , strictly business and she’s about getting her work done . If jacqui have to speak to you 10/15 mins after her shift to assure everything is good on our behalf she will . I appreciate that I’m sure the whole law firm is good but Jacqui is wonderful
