Absolutely disappointing and disgusting. I would never recommend anyone to do business with them. Lack of communication and no response when try to get in touch with them. Beware of their working practices.

I was in an auto accident back in November 2024. They call immediately to get you roped in. However my experience with this company is lack of communication. My case manager Stephanie never returns phone-calls in a timely. The main line indicates they will take down my information and someone will get back with me. They never do. I signed a release on one of my cases 3-17-25. Haven’t received a check, or a phone call on why I haven’t received it. Further more why wasn’t I given the option just pick it up. Called today and I was told the same thing I’m always told there is no one there at the time that can take my call. They will get my information over to an attorney and they will call me back. My experience has been poor COMMUNICATION. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

UPDATE: Mr Muk the attorney personally reached out to me. Apologized for the lack of communication. Gave me an update on both cases. Renegotiated my figures came back same day with results. I feel better about the case and company now. The original case manager (Stephanie Johnson)was just not very good with keeping me updated and still have not reached out to me. Would recommend just hope you don’t get this case manager.
