Mary Calabrese should be sued for malpractice, as she has knowingly been part of a methodical scheme to defraud me out of my rightful large inheritance.. My Brother hil , second born of three sons was conveniently made power of attorney for my parents estate. Phil has manipulated Mary Calabrese with a disinformation campaign , a false narrative which has so minimalized me..., to the degree that my rightful inheritance, 1/3 of my family's Mobil oil stock from the 1920's and long ago promised to me has been systematically taken away from me... stolen by Phil.. AND...a theft anointed by Calabrese...and helped all along the way...with the the legal backing of her office...in a proveable illegal scheme to defraud. Even after I sent Mary Calabrese , by her request...MY corrections to Phl's false narrative...(belittling me as the " non essential" brother) with a step by step,document. It was my truth...my pushback against Phil's scam. ...his defamation of me , his carefully orchestrated and calculated theft from me of my rightful inheritance....Calabrese pretended not to ever have received my registered document...which she signed for upon her receipt of such. Even worse, when i had not heard back from her for weeks after my malling,,,I called her...but...she was "BUSY" ! She soon after mailed me HER "official" letter...disavowing ANY knowledge of my "bullet point corrections, against my brother's false narrative...(again, she had requested that from me!) Moreover, she communicated to me that I was to get nothing...even scolding me for the :aggravation "I had caused..my siblings"...as if she were my family member . She knowingly had bought ino Phil's methodical theft. I was a nobody. ONLY the first born son to my Mother, whose money it was...but , sadly, , as my Mother, Joan Bleecker, sits in a local Rochester nursing home, with seemingly no memory of anything...and as I reside 3000 miles away here in Palm Springs... late in my years ...MY BROTHER PHL HAS STOLEN my inheritance...long ago promised to me ...1/3rd of the Mobil Oil stock, and plenty of it , from the 1920's . My mother's money, separate from anything else of inherited value to me . THE PERFECT STORM. of my bother Phil's creation. His lies have "succeeded . What's mine, is now all of his. "Thank You", Mary Calabrese, for believing the corruption. Phil's 100 % lies...methodically presented to you ...YET vigorously dispelled by me. You knew better...YOU had my rebuttal .. YOU CHOSE TO IGNORE IT, What an incredibly sick thing to do ! A FRAUD committed by Phil, and supported by the corrupt legal representation of The Office of Mary Calabrese...active partner in crime !
