Cody Martin is nothing less than a phenomenal lawyer and human being. He goes above and beyond for his client , whenever your in these type of situations what a lot of us find out is that 99% of these lawyers are lazy and a waste of 5-10k , and unreliable and hard to reach. Cody replied anytime I needed him , he didn’t give me any bs hope or unrealistic view , when you need a lawyer in family law you want a lawyer that knows everybody and is liked by everyone , and that’s what Cody is , a sharp intelligent man that helped me save my daughter , I’m forever in debt to this man and I appreciate him!

I am highly disappointed with my experience with this law firm. Placing my trust in their services has proven to be a mistake. After an initial consultation, I was asked to pay $2,800, which I did in good faith. However, I received no follow-up regarding the status of my case or any filings.

After multiple attempts to contact the office—leaving several messages without any return calls—I was eventually contacted by the attorney, who informed me of a scheduled court appearance by phone. This was the first I had heard of any hearing, and I had not received any formal notice or subpoena. Notably, this communication came only about a week prior to the scheduled date.

At that point, I informed Martin of my intention to withdraw, and he sent over documentation for me to sign. Shortly after, I reconsidered and decided to proceed since there appeared to be some movement on my case. Despite this, Martin ultimately withdrew from representing me, even with a court date already set.

As a result, I had to request a refund and secure new legal representation on short notice for my upcoming hearing. After several days without receiving my refund, I followed up via email. His response was, “Thank you for reminding me.” I was eventually refunded $1,600.

This experience reflects a serious lack of communication, professionalism, and client care. Clients work hard for their money and deserve timely updates, transparency, and reliable service not delays and uncertainty.

I didn’t know where to start, but from the very beginning the customer service was excellent. The receptionist who assisted me was very kind, and they were able to see me even without an appointment, which I truly appreciated.
The attorney was very clear, professional, and made me feel comfortable at all times. All of my questions were answered with clarity and patience.
I highly recommend them—it was a very pleasant experience. I would definitely return if needed.
