Our family retained this firm to handle my father's estate documents. The drafting of the trust documents a couple of years ago by Evan Barrett went smoothly and was handled efficiently and professionally. However, after my father died, I engaged the firm to handle a probate issue, and it was a long and frustrating process filled with multiple errors and months with no communication or progress. Mistakes were made filing for an EIN, we were billed multiple times for services to correct errors made by paralegal staff, and I was sent another family's documents in error. Communication and accountability was lacking, and it took ten months to complete the process, which included a brief virtual court hearing. It was very stressful and required a lot of micromanagement and follow-up on my part. I cannot in good conscience recommend this firm to others, at least for estate matters.
