Our experience with Mr. Pantera was disappointing. We hired him for a custody case and expected strategic representation and advocacy, but felt that very little was done for most of the case. Communication and case movement were minimal until about a month before trial.

In our opinion, the paralegal was more responsive and involved than the attorney himself. After spending approximately $10,000 in legal fees, the outcome was largely the same custody agreement, with additional restrictions placed on my husband. We did not feel there was a strong strategy or effort to fight for the results we were seeking.

Every case is different, but based on our experience, we did not feel we received the level of representation we expected for the amount we paid.

I should have read reviews before agreeing to Frances as a mediator. Extreme bias towards mothers and trying to get you to agree to a "deal" based on scare tactics of what a judge will rule(No criminal record and not a 1st time father). Not a middle ground mediator, and never listens to the father, example: explained I had Our Family Wizard and documented everything from exchanges, harassment towards me, and false abuse claims from other party, etc. What does she recommend in our 4th mediation? That we sign up for Our Family Wizard but told me she didn't need to know I was already doing that the 1st mediation... don't waste your time and money with this mediator.

Fran showed her true color to the public. Putting money and conflict over fit parent's rights. Public record is there for a reason and the fear of losing money from creating conflict and pretending to "fix" issues is showing.

Mr. Pantera and his team are absolutely the best!!!! From the moment that I met with Mr. Pantera he listened to me. He heard what I was saying about my spouse, the concerns I had, the worrying, the fear that i was at a loss, and that my daughter and I were going to be stuck. And when I left his office, I felt a real sense of relief, and the weight of constantly worrying was gone. I finally felt that everything was going to be OK. And it was! He was diligent, and there was always someone available to answer my questions.
Mr. Pantera and his team always let me know what was happening, they included me in the steps that were being taken. They respected me not just as a client but as a person. I will always be grateful and I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Pantera and his team.
