I had a very disappointing experience with BT Law Firm.

During my initial consultation, I was asked to sign multiple documents and was directed to begin treatment with a chiropractor they recommended. After following those instructions, I later decided to seek treatment elsewhere. Shortly after, I was informed via text that they would no longer take my case.

This raised concerns for me about whether client representation is tied to using specific providers. The lack of transparency throughout the process left me uncomfortable with how my case was being handled.

Additionally, my interaction with Isabel was unprofessional and lacked clear communication.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend working with this firm.
