I can’t believe how Mr. Krametbauer is practicing as an Attonery and a temporary Las Vegas Court Judge when he rules in favor of defendants who are fraudulent. In our case he stated we have not met the burden of proof to be entitled to a relief when proper documentation was provided to him. He is supposed to serve the community of Las Vegas with integrity, judicial diligence and impartiality. When presenting our case Mr. Krametbauer, he failed to make a decision based on the law, common sense and the evidence presented. He ruled against the plaintiff (the victim) even though the defendant (a debtor) was properly served, never showed up to court and forged documentation. Mr. Krametbauer ignored relevant evidence, and this is considered an error of law practice. Proper evidence was presented against the defendant and still he ruled in his favor. We have spent energy, time, and money on attorney, court and serve fees and are still not entitled to a relief, are you serious? so this means that fraudsters can hurt people and businesses and that is ok. The defendant would just get a letter stating the case was dismiss without being penalized and continue affecting other people and businesses from Las Vegas, this is the reason why criminals, thieves and fraudsters are still on the streets affecting other innocent people. How can anyone rule in favor of forgers who are affecting businesses and the community? Mr. Karametbauer never requested additional documentation from us, everything he asked for on the court day was provided to him, it’s obvious that he just ignored our evidence. I would never recommend an attorney that fails to execute its judicial duties to represent any individual in the Las Vegas area. This Law Firm should monitor his performance and the court too
