During an active housing emergency, their staff intentionally provided a defunct, bouncing email address to block time-standard settlement correspondence, and then refused to identify themselves when questioned. They actively subvert justice, protect dangerous conditions, and hide behind roadblocks to manipulate the legal process. Utterly unprofessional and predatory.

When it comes to evictions, most people feel like they’re stuck choosing between two exhausting paths: spending endless hours combing through the Bar directory hoping to find a reasonable, responsive attorney who might get back to you when it suits them… or finding a firm whose precision, responsiveness, and no‑nonsense support are so consistent they feel like clockwork. We discovered this firm almost by accident — at 4:55 PM on a Friday, heading into a long weekend, after being burned badly by the incompetence of our prior counsel. I’ve been dealing with this law firm since April 2025, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. They rarely answer the phone, and when they do, they put you on hold only to hang up shortly after. After countless attempts to get answers, all I ever hear is that they are “waiting for the judge to approve the settlement.” This firm advertises having offices in multiple counties, but that’s simply not true. You’ll never get to speak with an actual attorney—only with paralegals or assistants who provide little to no real help. I strongly recommend avoiding this law firm. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for proper legal representation.
