DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE - ARROGANT & UNPROFESSIONAL! ⚠️I had a consultation appointment a few months ago at this firm and was assisted by a male attorney named Mr. Ye. To be completely honest, their professional capability is extremely limited. Throughout the meeting, his analysis of my case was vague, messy, and not clear at all.What disgusted me the most was his abrupt change in attitude. The moment they realized they lacked the competence and ability to handle my case, Mr. Ye’s attitude flipped completely. He became incredibly impatient, rude, and dismissive. I have never encountered an attorney so incredibly arrogant and disrespectful to a potential client.A lawyer's character and professional ethics are just as important as their legal knowledge. This experience clearly showed me the lack of both in this firm. They are unprofessional in their work and lacking in basic decency as human beings. I will NEVER recommend this trash firm to anyone looking for real, professional legal help. Horrible service and zero professionalism! Avoid!

Horrible service. The receptionist here is extremely rude, cold, and unhelpful. Every time I ask her to relay a message to the lawyer, she just brushes me off saying they are busy or not around. This law firm never responds to phone calls or messages. To make matters worse, when you show up at the office in person, they refuse to see or receive you. Completely irresponsible and unprofessional. Your firm literally instructed me to come to your office for a file/document handover (交接). If I am requested to show up at your office to conduct legal business, basic human decency and professional etiquette dictate that I should be received politely, not ignored like garbage by a hostile receptionist. ​Your claim that you are committed to "respectful service" is a joke. If your firm truly cared about its professional reputation, you would treat everyone who walks through your doors with basic courtesy. Even non-clients are potential future clients, but after experiencing your receptionist's cold shoulder and your firm's absolute refusal to communicate or receive me in person, I would never recommend anyone to you. A professional law firm handles matters with integrity, not with petty, defensive excuses on Google.
