APPROVED In less than 4 months, I'm so happy with Brandt Immigrations, Specially Giovanni Castañeda, he is the sweetest, and very professional knowledgeable, her told us not to get to scared, we had a lot in common, Like my wife and i got married on December 9th and his birthday was on December 9th. among other things, So that was a good sign that we had the right lawyer next to us. My husband hired this law firm in 2023 during his initial consultation we saw the lawyer one time and that was to sign the contract. They did help him get workers permit license and social security card they did file some documents, but when my husband Asylum interview came in the mail to report to immigration office in Miami they arrested him never did they interview him they just fingerprinted him and took him to ice detention center in Miramar Fl that was very devastating to me as I went there with him and had to come back home without him don’t wish this to anyone. I call lawyers office from Miami and one of the other lawyer she said that there was nothing they could do because my husband didn’t tell them about his criminal case which was a DUI and using another name mind you when we went to first appointment with the lawyer my husband told them everything because lawyer said you need to tell all the truth which he did and I imagine that he had written it down because that’s important information and should be in his file.So same day after coming home from Miami I had a appointment in there office to try to get a motion for bond my brother in law pay them $3500 or so we file all paper work and waited for the hearing the following week which the judge denied bond so we spend $ to get no results. Same day of the hearing the lawyer never called me to notified me that the bond was denied my husband had to call me himself to tell me bond was denied that was very sad because he shouldn’t had to call me it was the lawyers obligation to do so but he didn’t. There is no comunicación with this law firm they said they will call but never do they give you the run around and every-time I went to the office the ones who talk to you are the paralegals saying always Lawyer is in court I will have them call you which it never happened.They didn’t have any empathy or compassion,But when it comes to collecting money they are very fast about it, Now my husband is in the state of Mississippi far from his family and they had the nerve to tell me we can’t do anything about it because is not there jurisdiction and to go and fine a Lawyer in MISSISSIPPI WOW I was so devastated and that was the Paralegals who told me that not the Lawyer. Think it through before you go to this Law firm they don’t care about no one only the money. I really am very disappointed with this firm.
