Very sharp and fluent Lawyer I would definitely recommend.

Mr. Francescon was my lawyer in early 2019 for a criminal case. I have never been charged with a crime before and had no idea who to go to or what to do to defend myself against these claims. I had a great job, a mortgage, a child to take care of, I felt like my life was over.

After the trial, I immediately paid everything I owed Mr. Francescon. The price was truly a tiny one compared to the re - and enlisted his services to do expungement of the charge, which although a truly complicated process, was handled immediately and required zero effort on my part. I was notified every step of the way on the status of my expungement and it came back expunged super quick!

Prior to hiring Mr. Francescon, I visited several other lawyers in the surrounding VA area, I was recommended to plead guilty to a lesser sentence even though I had strong evidence to my defense and there was no proof this crime even happened.
