I went to Matt boucher for my child custody case. It was vary vary last minute with less then 2 weeks before my court hearing. He worked fast and got everything he needed to help me. Because of him I got 50/50 custody of my kids which exactly what I wanted! I would recommend him to everyone that is going through the court system and if they want great lawyer that will fight for them! I can't even come close to thank him for everything!!

I am writing this review in hopes that I can save what happened to me from happening to someone else. I hired Mr. Boucher to file a motion for me through Friend of the Court. I paid him $1000 up front for this. He did NOT file the motion for me, and in the meantime I was served papers from my ex-husband. I desperately needed the help of an attorney, so I made the mistake of paying Mr. Boucher $4500 MORE money to help with this court hearing. I made it very clear to him that if the hearing goes bad, that I want to continue to fight for what is right for my three children. He did literally nothing to help me. He never met with me between giving him my documents to review and the hearing. He states that he read over my documents, etc., but given the way that the hearing went, it appeared that he went in blindly. He did not share my evidence and proof of things with the judge. He made no effort to help me. It was extremely embarrassing and sad. After the hearing, I didn’t hear from him. Every time I tried to contact him by email, it took him days to respond, or no response at all. I didn’t have the chance to appeal my case because after the hearing, Mr. Boucher left his law office and basically disappeared. I was finally able to contact him through his new email address that I got from his old office (Revolution Law). Once I contacted him, I laid out for him all of the documentation I noted of things he said he would do for me that he never did. He literally took $5500 from me as a struggling single mother and did nothing. I never saw an itemized receipt or bill either. It took me over a year to even get my documents back from him, some of them being originals, and I had to do this by driving to his old law office. He promised me many times he would mail them and never did. Mr. Boucher- if you’re reading this, it truly disgusts me that this is the way you conduct business. I went to you in desperate need of help and I came out much worse in the end. I would suggest not responding to this stating that you did help me, because I can pull out all of the documentation and emails that we exchanged. YOU DID NOTHING. Bottom line people, DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN!
