Used Joy when I purchased a home and she failed to mention that the home and garage would have separate tax bills so now I am having to pay a late penalty on my garage’s tax bill and all the town would say is that my lawyer is supposed to inform me that the bills are separate at closing. Consider not using her if you are a first time home buyer and don’t know the ins and outs of the process.
