I had a great experience working with Nicholas Ingrassia throughout the closing process on our home. He was extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, and responsive from start to finish. Anytime I had a question or concern, he responded promptly and took the time to explain everything clearly. Buying a home can be a stressful process, but having an attorney who was reliable and easy to communicate with made a huge difference. We really appreciated all of Nick’s help and effort throughout the entire process and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a real estate attorney.

The lawyer, Nick, had sat on my closing without setting and/or coordinating a date with my attorney for ten days. He kept saying he would, however, it appears that he never even sent an email to the title company until 10 days AFTER he said he would (after the initial estimated closing date. Shifting blame and responsibility seems a norm for them. In my review below, which I cannot seem to update, the reply stated that my closing is set and solved, however, this is a lie. A closing date has NOT been set, and the issue has NOT been resolved. It appears Joy LaMarca has tried to jump in to cover his tracks, but repairing the reputation damage may not be possible, and if this house doesn’t close in the next two days, my two young children and I will be evicted from the home I am trying to buy- and have been renting since the beginning of this fiasco. If they can get me closed in the next 24 hrs I may alter this review.

It would certainly appear that this law firm is postponing and screwing up the closing of our house. Whether it's lazy staff, incompetence, or lack of integrity in their practices, my family has been put through immense stress that is inexcusable. I've never had such a negative experience with the closing of a house. I certainly hope staff will step up to the plate and rectify things immediately.
