Mr. Cervi is an incredibly talented attorney and came highly recommended to me by many other prominent attorneys in Erie and Niagara County. His peers were right about him and he was exactly what I needed for my family court case. An honest, firm, no nonsense attorney who focuses on facts, not feelings and half truths or misrepresentations. My military service was an issue raised in my case, but Mr Cervi who is an Army veteran himself, was easily able to defend that. When you hire Mr Cervi you don’t just get him, you also get his law clerk Mr. DeLeon, who is also a brilliant attorney, and an integral part of the team. This firm is small, so you’re not lost in the shuffle, or just a number to the staff, everyone knows about your case and they’re extremely responsive. Highly recommend, especially for good fathers and military service members!
