Terrible attorney spent over 15 thousand dollars and they didn't finish the paperwork. I Had to babysit them and then they never called me back. Dave brown one of the partners is a real jerk to deal with. He was supposed to take over my acct when Greg Beyer went on a missionary trip for 18 months. Talk About dropping the ball!! That's one guy, Greg Beyer should have never let become a partner. I think Dave Brown totally tarnishes that law firm , and it's unfortunate.

I have work with Etan Rosen at Beyer, Pongrats And Rosen law firm for over 26 years. And I've had a pretty good relationship with him and the staff from all the cases they have done for me. But recently they have stopped doing litigation and told me I would have to find another law firm. I was a little disappointed and told them no one else knows the case as well as he does since it's been going on since 2018. This new case extended into our current year 2025 and lastly, the last few months I have been Bar with you need to pay me you need to pay me X amount of dollars. When I was very clear that I am completely broke from the events that have happened in my life this past year due to Covid. But I have always paid them in the past 26 years and we've always arranged to work things out.
Recently, I have been treated the worst I ever have and don't know where all that animosity came from? Not only from him, but now from his staff.
How was completely firm and honest upfront at what I was able to do and willing to do. I did not lie and say I could pay you extra amount of dollars now and the other amount in two weeks.
Never said that once in the 26 years we've been together
I am just astounded at the Treatment I have received. And I truly understand business is business. No question about that but the disrespect was not needed and not found it.
I have other LEGAL dealings with this law firm.
Including trust and will.
I have other family members that do legal work with this law firm and unfortunately, we all will be taking our business elsewhere for the treatment I have received and they also have received horrible treatment as well?
I recommend if you need legal representation to look elsewhere I do not recommend no one who is loyal to their clients and no one who will turn their back on you in the middle of their representation of you!!!
