I cannot express how unprofessional the Matthew guy is. I was very courteous and introduce myself which hopefully he would do trhw same nope right off the back he was very rude,No courtsey at all..He point blank "told me he does not have time for this" meaning my time does not mean anything to him Instead of going through procedures and protocol he was very abrupt and rude...I actually took off my job just to be talk down too..unacceptable. P.S. the one star was generous...people will be people and I would hope and pray he changes his attitude and how he encounter people. Also this on behalf of my dad H.C. before they have no recollection of him being a client.
