I was a potential client. I was sent a form to sign by text and email but neither one worked. Also, their website didn't work because of a "server failure".

The form they wanted me to sign was to agree to a 40% take for them. I have worked with three other accident attorneys with 33%. The intake specialist said that it depends on the outcome but it could be 30%. If it doesn't say this on the document then it doesn't exist. I find it strange I was required to sign the form before I could consult with a lawyer.

I was hit by a car as I was walking in the crosswalk. They asked if it was my fault or if the police issued a ticket to the driver. Even I know that WA state law says a pedestrian always has the right-of-way in a crosswalk.
