Dan might be a great lawyer but would not recommend as his paralegal Melanie. She is a nightmare to work with! If you’re not familiar with the process (which I wasn’t) she took advantage and would blame me for things being “late” or that it was my fault. The paralegal is the more affordable legal provider of information you have and she was awful. Unfortunately, she believes she has all the control and will make you feel as helpless as you felt when you probably first started your journey of trying to find the right lawyer.
She is extremely judgy and doesn’t care about the clients just how she looks to the “boss” her attitude and lack of professionalism are ultimately why I decided to end my time with Dan as she was quick to withdrawal from my case once I stated pointing out flaws within her work and lack of integrity, without speaking with Dan.
If you are looking for a way to get bamboozled out of money and taken advantage of then go for it, but I can’t in good heart recommend a lawyer that will stand by such a nasty hearted person. She will blame everyone else but herself and take no accountability and for that I wish he would find another paralegal who knows what they are doing or an assistant that can take a message and know how to schedule appointments.
