Lindsey is an absolutely amazing person to be working with. I came in not really knowing what to expect I was really embarrassed about my whole situation, I have never really spoke to anyone about what had happened I was very emotional when explaining everything and she was so comforting and showed so much sympathy towards my situation it felt like I had known her for months. Lindsey was very upfront about everything she helped guide me to do the best thing that I could for myself gave me options to choose from with pros and cons on each option i had, really giving me good insight on what to expect for each path I could take. The lady who had helped me book my appointment was very nice and so patient with me and answered every single question I had. Not only was the team amazing the prices are so affordable, especially with the quotes I had received from other law firms Beach Front Family law was the best by far. While I will always say that she is a very kind woman, I will never ever recommend using her services. She is not capable of handling cases more than a straight forward divorce. There was miscommunication between her and the paralegal, on big issues like not knowing it was an abuse case, which had been talked about with the other an hour before. Every single lawyer I have spoken to since has been shocked at how poorly my case was handled and unfortunately, her actions have completely screwed me over. For a year, my hands have been tied in what I can do and I have desperately been trying to find a way around her negligence. Me and my three kids are STILL not getting child support from a man that gets paid for each child he has, and we’re still trying to recover from being homeless for six months. My abuser still has access to the kids because the evidence I had against him was never used. And my original negative review was taken down following an apology from Lindsay Shnyder, And a lie that she would work pro bono to help me establish child support. I never heard from her again I have begged for a refund because of how badly she screwed me over, And in return, I got a call With false apologies in an effort to continue to keep her reputation.
