I’m very disappointed with the recent service I’ve received from Attorney Tee. I’m going to put my emotions aside and stick with the facts here. Tee was initially hired to establish time sharing in a custody case, but things took a turn. After finishing out the case with Tee, her services weren’t really needed anymore, but somehow we stayed in touch. Tee suggested that I drop my child support case against my ex- I was so confused that I consulted another firm to get their opinion on her advice and they couldn’t give a valid reason. I was very adamant with Tee to stay away from the child support case and to let the DOR handle it. Meanwhile, I’m getting news from my ex that he’s preparing for discovery with our case, and that there’d been negotiations discussed for a settlement between his attorney and Tee, for the last week- all news to me. I’m actively staying on top of my child support case anticipating a hearing date, until I get the news from another party that Tee filed a Notice of appearance on the child support case and that the discovery she filed put a halt on the hearing date they attempted to schedule, in which Tee was aware of for a week. I feel sabotaged and cheated, as everything she’s done was unnecessary and was not discussed with me before submitting. She was responsive to emails yet there was so much that she failed to inform me of. I’ve never had to fire an attorney before, but she’s the first. Barnett Gill has only been helpful with getting her removed and sending my invoice quickly. I’m not even sure if the discovery has been removed as requested.
