When one is looking for a divorce lawyer you aren’t sure what you are looking for. Experience? Maybe at least 5 years in family law? Decent personal skills? Reputation? I chose Saraphoena as my lawyer, because I trusted my gut that she was the right choice. Boy, am I glad that I did. She has all the skills that you would NEVER know that you would want your divorce lawyer to have. Computer genius? Yes (she was able to find exactly where my ex had transferred stolen money from using IP addresses among other things). Emotionally intelligent? Highly. Ethical? Indeed. Perceptive? Certainly (picked up on how my ex was doing based on his wardrobe). Excellent foresight of the other party’s next move? Absolutely. Fearless? Affirmative. Another review says it better than I: “nothing rattles this woman.” Lisa (legal secretary) and Jacqueline (paralegal) are both lovely people as well. I have always had the most delightful interactions with them and they are extremely helpful. The three of them are a dream team! Throughout this process, even when things kind of sucked, I would always fall back on: “Thank God that Saraphoena is my lawyer.” Whereas other lawyers would give you the same old “50/50” split, she looks at the case from all angles and considers what is YOUR best case. She does an excellent job of not overpromising, but also she somehow makes unbelievable occurrences happen for you. I once heard her gifts explained in a perfect way: “Her work is like a tailored suit. A tailor comes in and fits the suit to the exact person, the color, the cut, the style. He works hard to make the suit fit his client perfectly in every way. He creates a thing of beauty. It is better than just a suit, it is art.” This is how she will operate in your case. She will tailor every part of it to you. In the end, you will likely say, like me, she did an amazing job. The results are beautiful. Especially when your kids are on the line you need a custom experience, not a suit off the rack. Although I am so grateful to be done with my divorce, I will miss spending time with her! She is truly inspirational. You will not regret choosing her as your lawyer.

Saraphoena is passionate, highly ethical, and professional attorney. She stive to find best resolutions to conflict, that put the child best interest first, even if it meant less fees paid to her services. I am a single dad, and not familiar with family law, didn't grow up here, my English is not perfect, but yet, she was patient with me explaining things to me in a language I could understand. She doesn't promise you the moon, she doesn't tell you what you want to hear, rather, she gives you the honest opinion about your case. She spent a lot of time on my case doing academic research with the FOC, then found out that it wasn't to the best of my interest to proceed, she decided to credit my account for the time she spent, then sent me back a check! I was very surprised! She is worth every dollar you spent, when the case is closed, you will find out that you actually saved money by hiring her because she is efficient and knowledgeable, does what make financial sense to her client, which was more important to her than making money on my case.
