Paid a $10,000 retainer and he did almost nothing. Minimal communication, almost no updates, and nearly impossible to reach. We eventually had to terminate him. Very disappointing experience. Not only did we throw away the money but wasted valuable time

Jeff helped so much when trying to find help (very late in the game) for some very serious charges against my sister. I did not retain Jeff due to the cost of RICO cases and it being so late in the game, but when her court appointed attorneys seemed to be harming her instead of helping her, I reached out to a few attorneys for a consultation and Jeff was the only one to respond. He responded very quickly and answered all of my questions (even over the next several days) even though it was pretty clear we would not be able to retain him.
