Don’t even bother, Scott will hype you up, ask you for info, then completely ghost you for weeks. After that he will have his secretary reach out and say they’re too busy to help. Scott isn’t professional at all. Don’t waste your time. Reach out to another property attorney asap!

I recently reached out to this law firm to help me with a deal. I was trying to get done. I originally spoke with Scott, and he was very nice, and seems like he’s very knowledgeable as well. He said he definitely could get it done pretty easily, and even gave me a ballpark price, to which I agreed. I sent all of the information they requested immediately after hanging up the phone with them, and I received no response for about five business days.

I called them and the secretary said she would relay my call over to him and have him call me back when he was back in the office, that was over a week ago and I still have not gotten a call back. I had thought about calling back again, but then I thought twice because they should have returned my call.

I’m sure they are probably just very busy, and I can’t actually say that their service is bad because I never got the chance to use them. If you plan on using them, you probably have to be extremely persistent and get their attention somehow so they don’t forget about you. I just don’t really have the time, the energy, or the incentive to keep calling, I easily found someone else.

My wife and I have had a few conversations with Scott and it’s been a fantastic experience. He is courteous, understanding, certainly professional and seeks to first understand the scenario in depth prior to engaging further. Other experiences we have had with firms would allow us a quick blurb about what we need before paying hundreds to find out we don’t need an attorney. Scott and this firm are setting the standards we believe attorneys should live by. We will continue using this firm for the foreseeable future. Thank you!!!
