I had a very disappointing experience with attorney Andrew Neal. Communication has been extremely poor. He rarely answers his phone, and when I leave messages, I almost never receive a response.

At one point, he told me he would look for my late father’s will. After waiting a week with no update, I called again and received no response. After several attempts to reach him, he finally said he would have his clerk check and call me back. Unfortunately, that call never came.

Since then, my calls have continued to go unanswered. The only responses I occasionally receive are brief messages saying he will call me later, but those calls never happen.

When dealing with important legal matters especially something as serious as locating a deceased parent’s will, timely communication is essential. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience here.
