#1-i was happy and communication was great until this year, now that they gave out a partial settlement, all communication has stopped. If i want to find out anything i have to call the company dealing with the medical liens, and i get very generic answer's from them. Very disappointing, i busted my but faxing and mailing all madical records which made there job way easier.
#2 Iagree with Ms.Nikki. i am betting out of $ 48,000, the partial distribution is all im going to see which was 10%. All though 4,800$ was money i didn't have before but really. Cant wait to see how rich they get on my depo claim

I contacted this attorneys office to get help with a case regarding 2 different surgeries that I had where a product was used that caused me physical harm and resulted in me having to have another surgery on 1/28/26 to have the pieces removed. I spoke with Erin Mancini on 3/2/26, I explained my whole situation to her and she asked me to send any and all medical documents that I had. I immediately gathered what I had and emailed them to her the same day. I didn't hear from her after that so I sent a follow-up text and email on 3/5/26 and no response from the text, but she did response from the email stating that she was out of the office til 4 I will have an update then. I never heard from her. I called her again on 3/17/26, there was no answer, so I called the office number listed and spoke with an intake rep,she took my name and number and still no response. It is now 3/26/26 and I still haven't received a call, text or email to determine if I have a case or not. I am very disappointed and upset that I didn't get any type of communication from Erin or Anapol Weiss. All I wanted was some help so the company that made the product could be held liable for the almost 10 years of pain and suffering that I faced, but I guess there is no justice for people like me.

I had trusted this firm in the beginning. Now it’s been years like 11. Trying to get updates after being told for years that next year would be the year for the settlement payments. They’re not even respectful enough to even give you a call back when you leave a message. I don’t know to much about Attorneys but it doesn’t seem to me that they have my best interest at all.
