For a mostly women-run law firm, to have this kind of incel behavior represent their company is actually disheartening in 2026. PLEASE BEWARE OF BRYANT FENTON. He used to work for The Department of Child and Family Services & talked down on his time there. I got to know him a bit before i saw a very random message on my phone calling me a ghetto white b!*ch. Seems he was having a bad day & it took it out on me due to the fact we never hit it off… it is very sad someone with such “high accomplishments” can still have such very low moral values that hates women. Please beware

I saw a review from a month or so back regarding Anapol's intake specialist Erin Mancini. I wanted to just say that Erin is the reason I chose this firm. I spoke with her regarding my father's negligence claim and from intake to records review to the day my father passed Erin has been a light in my life. It's people like her that make this process bearable.

Used this law firm for a mesh case. Honestly didnt think I was going to get any money back but I did. In May of this year I got my settlement money transferred to my back account. I was very happy and pleased with it and the people that helped me with it. During all that, I was told they would hold 5,000 for a holdback amount to make sure there were no liens that was left. I understood all that. Claire, the rep from the law firm that has been helping me told me I would receive the rest within 90 days after I get my settlement amount. It has now been well over 90 days and I keep getting what seems like the run around on getting the rest of my money. Claire has also stated the amount that will be coming out of the 5000 and I dont understand what or why they can't send the rest of what is mine. I have asked her for a supervisor or the number to the accounting department so I can call myself but she will not provide me with that information. All in all I give anapol and weiss a 2 stars due to the beginning and how prompt they were in getting my main settlement amount distributed but as far as the hold back amount no. I mean what is so hard in transferring the money to my bank account if they know what is coming out. I am very unhappy and will never use this law firm again.

Ana Pol Weiss firm recently closed a case with exceptional results concerning my wife’s issue. The “stars “ of this firm without question is Tyler Davis and Claire Munguia. I am 71 years young and have had numerous dealings with attorneys but never encountered the unbelievable great service, response time and respect that my wife and I received from Tyler and Claire. Emails to Tyler were answered immediately with details of any concerns or questions we had and his word is his bond to his clients. From the beginning to the end of the process Claire was a champion for my wife. Always answered phone calls, assured my wife that things concerning her situation were moving forward and always followed up with dates, answers,etc. We cannot express our gratitude enough for your time and attention. My experience with Anapol Weiss was extremely disappointing. While the paralegal was professional and neutral, my experience with the attorney was the opposite. I found him to be rude, inattentive, and, ultimately, he stopped responding to my emails and phone calls.Throughout my case, whenever I asked questions, I rarely received clear or direct answers. Instead, the responses I did receive were often vague and left me feeling confused about what was happening with my case.After my case concluded, I requested a final copy of my documents and an explanation of how my settlement funds were handled, but I did not receive a response. I also called the firm's 1-800 customer service number and requested that a supervising attorney contact me. More than a week has passed, and no one has returned my call.Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this firm.
