I am extremely disappointed in this law firm. I am only blaming myself though because from the beginning there were red flags and I didn’t listen to my instincts. After almost 10 months working on my case, they suddenly send me a notice that they dropped my case. Didn’t give me an explanation as to why just that she was really sorry but she had to drop it. I had to send her message asking her to at least let me know what was the reason because after 10 months you’d think there were no issues and that’s when she told me her senior manager told her it wasn’t enough. Like really? If that’s the case then why take my case? Why wait so long to drop my case? It just doesn’t make sense. The trauma that I’ve gone through and now this just makes t worse!

I had a car accident in 2024 that resulted in the need for bilateral hand surgeries. Katie Rice was my attorney. Based on my personal experience, I would urge anyone considering Simon, Monahan & Simon to do thorough research before hiring them. In my opinion, other clients found the firm difficult to deal with and felt that the information they received about fees and expectations was not consistent with their experience. I encourage prospective clients to ask detailed questions, get all fee arrangements in writing, and compare multiple law firms before making a decision. If I can give them a 0 start I would
