It's been over a year. I have yet to hear from anyone here in this company The numbers on the letters I call don't work. So I'm going to try the new number that I got from Google. So far definitely not happy

Ok . I just heard from one of lawyers .last name is Lin , she called me up to let me know status of my case , and to tell me that I would be getting a letter from them soon. She also gave me a new phone number.
