Bad customer service. The receptionist are rude. My dad had called the spanish speaker, she ended up hanging up on him mid conversation and was reluctantly assisting him. So we talked to another person which was the supervisor Jordan. She explained the situation better but had a rude tone throughout the whole phone call. He was just looking for help and an explanation
