I was advised to contact, by letter and email from Claire Meredith, and if I needed please to contact, Hedi Valentine, However after calling and sending emails for almost 2 weeks of no reply, or even a call back, acknowledging my reply, I continue to get hang up on by office Receptionist Tammy saying that I am yelling at her, no wonder Claire Doesn’t want to speak to you, however that is a bold Lie, I can play back our conversation and, I never raised my voice, I am disappointed that I received communication to contact, then told, she doesn’t want to speak to you, so unprofessional, and disappointed that I have sent information regarding settlement and this Organization wish to continue this game of she is not available, ok totally understandable, because I know I am not your only concern, but I find it difficult to agree to terms of a settlement agreement, when my response goes for weeks unresponsive, and then meet with a receptionist that is clearly frustrated by me even waiting to speak to, They do nothing but play games with the injured worker, claiming what I don’t know, but how can I reply to, if I am continually being ignored or directed to a general voicemail, then I call back for clarification, so they hang up in my face, claiming that they don’t have to speak to me, I see why Sedgwick chose this company to help negotiate settlement, because they are rude and disrespectful, it matches Sedgwick history or saving money by jerking the injured worker through so many hurdles, one minute we are communicating fine to, she doesn’t want to speak to you, then why send communication for me to contact you, then ignore me like I am bothering you, all they did was prove to me that they are the reason this case is not settled, I asked well what can I do to speak to management, then I get 3 different recordings of who to talk to, then they can’t connect me, just call the Workers Comp IA and speak to the judge, only if it worked like that, then I would, I am amazed by the lake of confusion and outright lying to just keep hanging up in my face, all I want is to bring this situation to a close, not have to contact rude liers, claiming I am yelling at her, or maybe she doesn’t know what me yelling is like, but my recordings will deflect the the lies, and acknowledge their unwillingness to bring this situation to a close, I Pray GOD Brings attention to a your reluctance to do as the Law requires you to,
