I hired Mr. Gandert to represent me in a bankruptcy last year. I was on a payment plan, and when I called to make my payment in October, his staff advised that he was no longer doing bankruptcies. No explanation as to why, that he was just no longer doing them. They advised that my case and the monies I paid would be transferred to a different attorney. They didn’t even have accurate records of my payments as they told me I was paid in full, and I knew that was not true. It actually worked out as my new attorney at Melwani Law helped me get everything taken care of. I would definitely recommend him, but not Affordable Law.
